Geoflex Cleaning Agent
Failure to clean the surface is often the cause of premature bond failure.
It is vital to clean the rubber substrate before adhesive application. It is normal to find contaminants including chemical bloom, grease, dirt, etc. on the rubber surface.
Wipe the surface with a suitable solvent, such as Geoflex Cleaning Agent, to remove surface contaminants.

Geoflex is supported by a range of complementary products, designed to make its application economical and trouble free. Each of these products has been specially formulated to work specifically with Geoflex lining materials.

Geoflex Etch
To ensure the bond strength of the adhesive system, the rubber surface needs to be chlorinated in advance of the adhesive being applied. This can be achieved simply by brushing the rubber surfaces with Geoflex Etch. Geoflex Etch is premixed and ready to apply.
