There are three Hi-Duty grades:
Tico RF/PA, PF/PA and FF/PA. Each has special properties which enable it to operate efficiently for long periods under particularly arduous industrial conditions.

Tico RF/PA
Originally developed to absorb shock loads under drop hammer anvils, Tico RF/PA is now also used as a heavy-duty mounting pad for reducing vibration from large plant and as a general duty buffer.
Tico RF/PA - Typical applications:
Tico PF/PA
Combining high stiffness with great durability and resistance to impact. Ease of custom-moulding makes them ideal for many special duties. This material is manufactured by vulcanising together plies of synthetic elastomer proofed fabric. The result is a smooth moulded pad.
Tico FF/PA
Developed for arduous shock-absorbing duties, Tico FF/PA pads can be carefully tuned during manufacture to give specific properties for individual applications. Tico FF/PA is a combination pad. It is normally based on Tico PF/PA material, coupled with an appropriate Tico product selected to meet design criteria. The physical properties of this composite are adjusted to match specific applications by varying the proportions of individual layers within the material, and its overall thickness.
